Part of the nEXT platform (successor to the EXT/STP ranges), hydrocarbon-free high/ultra-high vacuum via multi-stage axial-flow turbine with magnetic and ceramic bearings. Available in Duplex/Triplex variants for higher backing-line pressure tolerance, and an ‘A’ (Holweck) variant for UHV/analytical applications. Integrated controller with drive electronics; direct impeller temperature measurement.
